Home Daily Class A CDL Driver

As a Local Pickup & Delivery Commercial Driver for IRBN, Inc., you'll be the face of our company on the road and at every stop. You'll be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of freight to local businesses and customers, while representing IRBN with professionalism and care. 

Each day, you'll operate your commercial vehicle in full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards, complete required delivery documentation, and build relationships with the customers who count on us. Position Overview

Work Monday - Friday 0700-1500 (40 Hours per week)

• Home Daily
• 150 Mile Radius
• 2-6 Stops per Day
• Starting Pay of $27/Hour
• Overtime pay after 8 hours each day
• Guaranteed Daily Minimum pay of 8 hours each day
• No weekends

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for moving product between our facility, suppliers, and customer locations.
• Safe Equipment Operation
• Operate company tractors and trailers in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Drivers are the outward face of IRBN; welcoming customers, delivering exceptional service, and troubleshooting issues on the spot to keep operations running smoothly
• Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and paperwork
• Efficient Deliveries
• Execute local and regional delivery routes, averaging 2–6 stops per shift Load/unload product as needed (no-touch freight whenever possible)

Documentation & Compliance

• Accurately read and complete load paperwork, bills of lading, and delivery receipts
• Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures

Continuous Improvement

• Provide feedback operations team for route and process enhancements

You’ll Need:

• Licenses & Certifications
• Class A CDL, without automatic transmission restriction and in good standing (clean MVR)
• Current medical examiner’s certificate
• Abilities
• Pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT)
• Read, speak, and comprehend English fluently
• Experience
• 1 year driving experience
• Prior LTL or P&D experience is a plus

What We Offer

• Route is 2-6 stops 0700-1500 M-F

Guaranteed Pay Structure:

• Days completed in less than 8 hours are rounded up to incentivize great service and performance.
• Weekly guaranteed 40 hours
• Overtime accrued daily; any hours over 8 in a single day count as overtime, regardless of weekly hours
